According to tradition, we will be holding a meeting of ILAIS (Israel Chapter of AIS) at ICIS 2009. This coincides with another tradition we will note, the Fifth Day of Channukah. All members or friends of ILAIS and any others interested in hearing about ILAIS are invited to attend.
The meeting will be held in the conference hotel (JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa),  Grand Canyon rooms 12/13, Wednesday, December 16, 18:00 to 19:00, or as long as anyone wants to stay.
Please let me know if you plan to attend; this is important because we have to let the hotel know how many will be attending.
At the meeting we will report on the state of ILAIS, future plans, and how to strengthen ties with members and supporters outside Israel.
We will also report on preparations for the Fifth Mediterranean Conference on Information Systems (MCIS 2010) which will be held in Tel-Aviv in 2010, in conjunction with the annual ILAIS conference. Please consider joining us in putting this important event together.
